F-I-T stands for Focused Intense Training. We are a Philadelphia Gym where all different kinds of people with different goals can come together to see real results. Our gym is privately-owned; equipped with strength weight and cardiovascular training and conditioning.

We are the only gym in the city with dumbbells up to 250 lbs, and a separate floor full of cardio equipment and cable machines; so feel free to chalk, yell, and sweat your way to the goals.

Any resident of 4415 Chestnut or 4419 Ludlow gets a free FIT GYM membership by showing evidence of their lease.
